Maggie Love is more than a Realtor, she was an angel in my time of need!

My father passed away just before Maggie was going to close on his house. She and I communicated a great deal regarding what I needed to do in his absence and led me through it all with kindness, patience, and sincerity . I am so grateful for her guidance. She is prompt in responding to questions, has a great deal of knowledge regarding real estate, and is always there to find solutions to problems and situations. She managed to get an excellent price for my father's home, the home I grew up in. She was there for me every step of the way. Maggie is highly knowledgeable about the real estate market, is an excellent negotiator, and professional. I had so many questions during the process and she explained everything in a manner I could understand. Since I live in a different state than where my father's home was located and I had already made two trips to Texas, she coordinated with the title company to send a remote notary to my house so I could sign the closing documents. Maggie goes the extra mile for her clients and truly cares about their situations and needs, for both sellers and buyers!
