I highly recommend Maggie Lorincz as a realtor. She was extremely knowledgeable about helping me to sell a property that I was the Trustee of. In this situation, she was hundreds of miles from me, and we were both hundreds of miles away from the property, but it felt like we were connected every step of the way. For any question I had, for every form that was sent digitally, she was always available to answer all my questions. She traveled to the property when she needed to. She communicated to me (in a timely manner) every update and twist and turn in the selling process. I never felt like I was out of the loop or left out of the decision making process. I was completely satisfied with my experience from start of sale to close of escrow. I highly recommend Maggie for your realty needs, no matter where you live.

So, I have been looking for something for months. Everything is pending or sold in my price range until we ferret out this little house out in the desert. Amazing that no one has discovered this before. As soon as I tell Maggie to get me this house, she is on it. The smoothest transaction ever. Closed 15 days early and it appraised for more than the purchase price. Maggie knows how to negotiate and be realistic.

Maggie is very efficient and has great follow through. I never worried about my house selling with Maggie on the job. I was not living in the area when I listed my house, so everything was done online and I never experienced a glitch. My impression of Maggie may be a little bit different that others. She knew that I didn't know anything about buying a home. She took me under her wing as if I were her own flesh and blood to make sure that I would not just purchase a home based on look but also location, location, location. (We say some places and drove away ASAP because we knew better than getting out of the car) She knew that I had a son in a wheelchair and other special needs, she took all that in, while making sure we could find a home that would meet as many of our needs as possible. Having an open floor plan was a must, having a driveway so we could utilize the wheelchair from the van as safe as possible, a single story no stairs (wheelchair), less work and less out of pocket expense as possible. She found that for us. She could have been like the other agents we left behind/like everyone else to just sell a house instead Maggie we above and beyond to make sure that we had a HOME. For that I forever and always be in her debt.
