We stumbled upon Maggie a couple years ago when we were looking to buy a house in Jacksonville. We were very complicated clients and she went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would not go with any other realtor knowing what I know now. We also used her to sell our house this month and she has been incredible once again. Where can I begin? First, I want to thank Maggie for her persistence, time, effort and care she took to not only look for a new home for myself and my daughter, but assist in selling our old home. For a first time home buyer/seller, she made the entire process easy to navigate. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to VA loans. She fought for us when we needed negotiation or a firm voice in our corner. Maggie became like family to us, and we will be using her again to buy and sell our next home.

We contacted Maggie in the spring of 2021. She was very patient with us as we had a house to sell in a different state. We were always able to get in touch with Maggie, who was prompt in providing answers to all our questions. Maggie and Heath took their time to video chat or take videos of any homes we were interested in and were able to get us all the numbers for these homes, taxes, down payments etc. right away. Maggie was very personable, responsive, easy to talk to and very quick to follow up or send paperwork over to make the whole process easier for our difficult situation. We ended up in a new build and while we waited for it to be finished Maggie stayed in contact with us and kept tabs on the builder and his progress.

Maggie was a wonderful agent to have! As a first time homebuyer, buying while out of state, working full time and during peak market, Maggie was the saving grace I needed. She is communicates quickly and explained everything to me, virtually walking me through multiple homes and giving me her honest perspective. She accounted for neighborhood, street layout and home layout while helping me narrow down my search to my new home, and was really my eyes on the ground. I cannot recommend her enough.

When I tell you that Maggie Kingsley deserves way more then five stars I mean it . If I could put more I would . Maggie is an amazing agent . She’s very understanding, she’s patient, and she works for you. Maggie made my selling process very easy. I purchased my first home with her and she walked me and my husband step by step .
