Not every day does one sell a home, there were so many blind spots for my wife and I in the process and we could not imagine where we would have ended up without Maggie. Maggie helped us with every step, advised us on what was important and kept us calm through decisions which without out her would have made us run for the hills. From preparing our home for sale, reviewing offers, fixing items, moving items out, inspections and closing, Maggie held our hands the entire way and pointed out what needed extra attention. Some items we left, refrigerator, washer/dryer and freezer, the buyers did not want. We had moved out of State. Maggie made arrangements to have the items removed for us, not sure how many agents would go the extra distance to help their sellers. Maggie even visited the house frequently and kept in touch with us on what she saw, comforting. We truly felt our best interests were care for by Maggie and would strongly recommend her to our friends if they were selling a home
