Maggie was very attentive in understanding my needs, setting up my property feed, checking in on me and expertly negotiating a competitive offer that helped secure our dream home. Kathleen was instrumental in accompanying me to appointments, inspections and closing, and obtaining thorough information from each sellers’ agent, knowing what I would want to know without me having to state that. Her experience, amazing relationship skills and knowledge were so helpful and made for a smooth process. And Patty’s organization skills, thorough communication, willingness to help and seamlessly putting together a rigorous schedule to accomodate the time I had available to look at properties coming from out of state ensured our desired outcome. The Move with Maggie team also provided me with a list of vendors for services for my new home, which has been invaluable for a newcomer to Chicago as myself, and I’ve used several so far with excellent results. Overall, an amazing team I heartily recommend!
