I engaged Maggie to help me purchase my first home. She walked me through the entire process, gave me great recommendations, and basically thought of everything before I could even ask. She told me what to check for when looking at a property and went to quite a few before I found one. I could not say enough about what a wonderful realtor Maggie is. Selling and buying a house can be so very stressful for everyone involved. Maggie helped us with both. In the selling of our house Maggie sat with us and made sure that we understood the process, that she would do her very best to get us the best selling price on our home, and that she would be with us every step of the way. She did all of that and more. She arranged for a photographer/videographer to take pictures and video of our house and he did a fabulous job. This helped tremendously in the advertising process and helped sell the house much faster. She was constantly in contact with us and gave us plenty of notice when a prospective buyer wanted to see our house. She returned all calls, texts, and emails right away and was always happy to answer our questions. If the buyers or other realtor made requests that did not seem fair to us, she made sure to question it and always had our best interest in mind. For the purchase of our new home it was exactly the same. She went above and beyond to constantly be on the lookout and searching for properties she thought we would be interested in. She was always available and ready to meet us to show properties. Maggie researched everything to make sure the properties were listed at a good price and not above market value. She always put our interest first and made the purchasing process so much easier and smoother. I would highly recommend Maggie to anyone who is selling or buying a home.
