Maggie Carbone is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. Someone recommended Maggie and we decided to go with her. My mom was selling her home in Florida because she was moving out of the state. At the time I called Maggie, I was in Michigan and we chatted a little on phone about selling my mom's home. When I arrived to Florida to meet Maggie in person to further discuss the selling of the home, Maggie had already conducted a market analysis and gave us a nice spiral bond document of the analysis. We decided on a selling price and in about a week the home on the market. Maggie said the normal selling time was 7 to 14 days. Well, we had 3 offers within about 8 hours and home was sold. Maggie gave us plenty of options and her recommendations of what to consider. She was not pushy, but she looks out for her clients. She has a great knowledge of the area. During the time that we were packing up the home, my mom became sick and Maggie took the personal time to check in on her while I was away. Maggie is very professional, knows the market, easy to work with, and keeps the interest of the client at heart. Most important, Maggie is a wonderful person.
