Maggie Braxton

Typically the type to bypass on giving ratings but in this instance it is more than deserved. Maggie was my realtor and an integral part of the selling of my home. We were able to get asking price and that isn't typically common with local and similar homes in my area selling for much less. Due to the crunch time on the date the buyers wanted to close, finding an apartment for me and my son was proving difficult. Maggie went above and beyond, contacting all brokers in her company if anything was available. During the entire process, she went above and beyond what was expected of a broker. Her attention to detail, knowledge in this arena and kind nature were more than impressive.

Very responsive, returns calls immediately. Gives more then enough notice prior to showings. Gives quick feed back on results of showings. Answers questions and concerns. Helpful after actual closing, by offering to return computer modem to cable company. Especially helpful since we moved over 100 miles away. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
