The home buying process was a tough one for us. After a year of searching and placing multiple offers, and being rejected for reasons we couldn’t understand (we were pre-approved, had 20% down, with excellent credit, AND a savings) Maeve was always there with the optimism we so much needed towards looking at the next house. There were days I cried because our offer wasn’t accepted on a house we felt would have been perfect for family, but Maeve was ALWAYS confident she would help us find our home. Throughout the entire process (which was close to a year) she would meet us late in the evening to show us houses we’d seen listed on the MLS, or take our late night phone calls, text messages and/or emails. She was always available to answer any questions and offer suggestions on neighborhoods, and tailor her searches based on our “must-haves” (RV parking, fireplace, etc). From the get-go Maeve was so quick in her work, she immediately suggested a couple lenders, one fit with us well and he were just as amazing and fast! I must say, the home buying process was brutal for us but Maeve made it an experience we could bear. Without her, we wouldn’t have found our new home! She is AMAZING in her quality of work, efficiency, and knowledge of the process. I cannot express our gratitude enough for her tenacity and will to continue, even when we felt like we were never going to found our perfect home. When I bought my home September 2015, Maeve helped me through the process. She sifted through at least 50 listings, drove neighborhoods, and knocked on doors to find me the right house. When I found the right house there were obstacles that I thought were insurmountable but Maeve was determined and her persistence resulted in me getting the house I really wanted.
