Maeghan Falco

Maeghan was the first person we had talked to about buying a home. She helped us get a plan together, started searching available homes, reaching out to get us in and seeing the houses. The one or two we had tried to put an offer in she spent her time getting paperwork sent over. Early mornings and late nights helped us with everything in order to be able to purchase our first home. She’s the sweetest person you could ask for, amazing personality and always honest with you. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with when looking and purchasing our home!!

This was my husband and my first time searching for a house, we met a few relator's before we met Maeghan, and we found she was the perfect choice! She was incredibly informative on every step of the process, she took deep consideration into what we were looking for, especially when it comes to expanding families and kids. She showed up to all the house showings along with useful knowledge to fill us in with. Meaghan profoundly communicated with us, never missed a text or call, always kept us up to speed. Any questions or concerns, she would get an answer for us in that same day. If an offer fell through, she never left us empty handed! Always had a back up plan for us. She is very quick to respond, trustworthy, knowledgeable, thoughtful (she bought us a house warming gift) she is easily relatable and personable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
