She graduated from James Madison University with a Hospitality Management major and a minor in General Business. Her wide range of previous work experience and her college degree has developed her expertise in sales strategies and solidified her devotion to excellent customer service. Madison’s enthusiasm for real estate can be attributed to growing up in a real estate family. Madison’s grandmother, Jeanne West, and father, Jonathan West, have over 50 years of combined real estate experience. Her foundation in sales and service grows as she advances in her career at RE/MAX Alliance.

There is nothing like a good trip to HomeGoods because in her eyes, there is always room for another home update. On weekdays, you will likely find her working on real estate in a local coffee-shop!
