I have used Madison in the sale and purchases of 3 homes over the years. Madison makes it as easy and cost effective as possible for both sides of the transaction. On the selling side she makes sure the house is professionally cleaned and photographed. She even gave some of her commission to help me take the most money home. When it came to buying she was very aggressive with her offers and always offered 1% of her commission towards my closing cost or rate but down which was super gracious of her.
