We were referred to Kellie Lasater by Stuart Rosenblum our mortgage broker. She is extremely knowledgeable and was a total professional from start to finish. We looked at several houses and she identified concerns that I would have missed. When we started negotiating the purchase, she not only had the buyer lower the listing price but she also had them throw in 4 large screen televisions, a LCD projector, a 84" large projection screen in our new theater, a large storage cabinet and two beautiful planters on our patio. I almost felt guilty...I'll get over it. Thanks Kellie, great job.

Kellie Lasater was my realtor and has been so patient and helpful during the entire process of buying a home. We looked at several homes and she was ALWAYS immediately available for a showing and was so knowledgeable. It was such a good feeling that I could trust her to make sure that I found the perfect house for me. I would HIGHLY recommend her for all of your real estate needs. You won’t regret it.

Tracy Sanders and Gateway Reality was awesome. We moved from Michigan and did not know the STL area. They showed up so many places and worked with us until we found the perfect home. Tracy was always available and worked overtime for us. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, know they are first class and will be a great decision to use them. They also have many partners to help in the process. From offer to close was a week and a half. Tracy and team made it happen.

Working with Gateway Realty Group was incredibly easy. I would recommend Mindy Bushman to anyone looking to buy or sell in St Louis!

Kellie was phenomenal during our house search. She was always available and easy to communicate with. She also highlighted many points to consider that may have been missed by first-time buyers, which made our decision informed and assured. Kellie and her team were also prompt throughout and made our closing process efficient and seamless. We highly recommend anyone to Kellie for her experience. We would not hesitate to work with her and her team if ever needed in the future.

Madison Hayes did a phenomenal job. I wanted to sell and buy quickly and she made it easy. Also she made excellent recommendations for storage with Units and painting with Gibson and Son.

Highly recommended Gateway Realty Group. 1,000 times over. This is the team I tag any time I see someone looking. I've encountered most of the realtors on this team. Each of them has been professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and cares about the client as if they are their own. Shout out to Kellie & Madison who went to bat for us after YEARS of searching for a specific property. This team works hard and it shows. Not only are they elite in their practices, but they take client appreciation to another level. You will undoubtedly be thankful you choose to work with Gateway Realty Group!

Madison was responsive and very helpful. The process was smooth and she is now helping us build our new home!

Madison was an amazing realtor - she sold our house before it even had an open house!! She was also a great advocate for us during our homebuilding process. She was at every meeting and checked in on us frequently. We appreciate her so much and would definitely recommend Gateway Realty Group to anyone buying/selling a home. The process was seamless thanks to them. Thank you Madison and team!!
