As everyone knows, the last couple years in Utah have been 100% a seller's market. It's been a nightmare as a buyer, but Madi was awesome. I had a budget that was really difficult to stick to in this market, but any time something popped up she knew I'd be interested in, I was immediately contacted and she always made time for me. I know very little about residential real estate, and she was always patient in giving me the best advice and explaining terms of an offer or contract. The sellers I ended up purchasing from wanted an abnormally quick close - which is stressful and difficult on the buyer's end, but Madi was able to pull it off as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. She always gave me all my options and explained them thoroughly; and if she wasn't 100% positive on something, she wasn't afraid to ask members of her team for their thoughts. She was great at communicating with all parties involved and always had my best interests in mind. Buying a home at any time is stressful, nonetheless in this market - but at the end of the day I'm really happy with my home and the services Madi provided to help me get there!
