Madison sent us properties for review based on our want list and price range. It was/is a hot real estate market so we went through several properties before we eventually had a bid accepted. We initially met with her and viewed properties in person but then had to look remote as we were from out of state. This is where you need a real estate agent you can trust who is willing to put in the work, which she did brilliantly. She went to the homes and did video walk throughs multiple times for us. She answered our many questions about each property. She was very responsive to our needs and has great communication skills. Even while on her honeymoon, she was responsive to our concerns. She always got back to us the same day. I would recommend her without reservation to any prospective home buyer. We felt fortunate to have her as our real estate agent and I'm sure you will as well.

In the middle of Covid the restrictions in our home state of Pennsylvania, my wife and I chose to fly down to our favorite vacation place, St. Petersburg, FL. During that time we began to think about moving permanently to the area due to looser restrictions and of course, sun and fun! We met Madison Frank and while still living in PA had Madison work for us, providing us updated lists weekly of homes that fit our specifications. We needed someone like her to work with us as we couldn't keep flying down to look at prospective homes. When we finally picked a long weekend to inspect her TOP 10 selections we KNEW we were going all in and making SOME sort of purchase while there. Madison drove around with us for 2 days straight and each home we looked at had major issues, requiring significant investment to get it up to our expectations. We crossed out one after another until the final home on the list; that one also fell below our set standard. Madison didn't give up, and suggested we look at "one more house", even though it wasn't matching our needs. We met there with the listing agent who had worked with Madison before and walked through...my wife immediately became depressed that house #11 also wouldn't work out. She gave up on moving to FL altogether...while back at our hotel we talked about that final house, and how we could transform it into not only what we want and need, but also into something more. Madison discussed a plan to buy the house at a reasonable price (at that time) and we convinced my worried wife "we can do this". One offer, firm with no counter...if they didn't accept our offer we were back in PA. When they did, we finally had our FL home! Although the house had a lot of issues, Madison continued to work with us to resolve them. We've been here only 19 months now, and due to the major efforts of Madison and our secondary investments in improvements, we now own a home we LOVE...not to mention one whose value has risen more than 60%!

Answered all questions I had promptly. Explained the process of buying a home and all it entailed in a way I was able to understand and relate to. Madison was able to point out things during the process of looking for a home that I didn't see or realize while looking, and in the end I was able to purchase a home with her help.

Madison provided one of the best realtor experiences we ever had. She went the extra mile with us especially as we navigated the COVID-19 pandemic. She not only was proactive in helping us find our place but made sure we were set with both our loan closings. She was there to greet us as we traveled from Wisconsin to Florida to begin a new set of roots. She gave us a huge basket of local items and a long email of places we should eat at, visit, etc. We highly recommend Madison!!!

Madison was an excellent agent! She was responsive, answered each and every question we had, and was insightful when we didn't have any. A lot of agents can be really pushy for a commission but not Madi. She wants her clients to be happy and it shows! I'd recommend her in a heartbeat - and in fact, already have!
