Madison and Alicia Ballagh

Madison was great he met us when we arrived from out of town and took us to all the properties we had tagged previously. Once we had left town he has been in constant communication with us answering any questions we may have. He scheduled Inspection for us, it happened as scheduled with no hiccups and negotiated successfully! He made it easy! Thank you for all your help!

I can honestly say that I was extremely disappointed with Madison and our interactions. After showing a home to me, the next day, he sent me multiple emails. After telling Madison that I would respectfully prefer just to work with listing agents, Madison responded to me with a very unprofessional email with several punctuation and grammar mistakes, in which he essentially told me I was wrong for doing so and not very smart as well. He was also rather arrogant with his responses as well as misspelling my first name multiple times in initial text messages. Either way, there are many realtors in this area who will treat you with much more respect and seem much more trustworthy.
