Madelyn and myself had several conversations about unexpected situations of possible roof issues, items that the home inspector might flag for the buyer and how we could tackle or negotiate the possibilities of such concerns. Once there was an offer on my home and I saw she was calling I would hold my breath hoping there was not bad news. Any obstacles we encountered she was able to talk me off the ledge, let me breath and come up with a plan of action. My yin to my yang.
