I bought and sold my house will Madelyn and LET ME TELL YOU. It was the best decision I've ever made. Madelyn is knowledgable in all aspects of buying and selling a home. She recommended appraisers, insurance companies, etc. any one person you need she has a contact for to get you help and the best price. I dont know what I would of done without her. Especially as a first time home buyer.
Madelyn was so amazing during our sell of our home. We've actually sold 2 homes with Madelyn and she was always on top of it. Doing open houses, scheduling appointments for buyers to come see it. Madelyn was knowledgeable about the market and values, and fair to all parties, making the transaction very smooth. Furthermore, because the Seller had no agent but only representation to be listed on MLS, Madelyn ended up doing a lot of double duty. She did it well, cheerfully, and professionally. Prior to our making an offer, we spent months learning the market, and determining exactly what we wanted, with Madelyn almost immediately available to answer questions. She did walk-through videos of homes we found interesting. She worked with us on four offers before we made the one that worked for all parties. Once accepted, she referred us to a home inspector. I flew in for the inspection and a walk-through once again of the area. She even showed me a couple of other properties, just to make sure! Then she helped with the HOA and Kings Point approval process. She filled in information we needed as out-of-state buyers about utilities, getting HOA approvals, and getting a home watch company while we snowbird. She was the whole package. We are very happy, and recommend her highly.
