Madeline is our "go to" agent. By comparison with other agents, we learned immediately just how knowledgeable and professional she is. Her work ethic goes beyond limits. Madeline is YOUR advocate in dealing with the other agent and lays out all possibilities without bias. Her knowledge of the market AND the details of Real Estate guidelines and procedures is amazing. Because she is YOUR agent, she keeps a close eye on what is happening in the market as well as sharing that information with you. Her communication of the market, details of the purchase/sale, liaison with the other agent/Title Company, etc. is extraordinary. Comparisons, property descriptions, etc. were always a part of our meetings. Guiding us through the steps was an additional gift in our process. Her calm approach and demeanor helped to ease some of the worry in an overwhelming search and transaction. Madeline is not only professional in her manner, but she is also honest, thoughtful and thorough. She listens, is available, checks in, and delivers! Her positive approach is encouraging and realistic. While the market shifted, etc. her positive message always made it clear to us that "you will find something".
