We Love Madeline Walker

My husband and I have known Madeline for over 22 years. She helped us find our first house in 1998, so we knew who we wanted to sale our house as we were preparing to retire at the end of 2020 and relocate to San Diego County. It was early November when we first met. We knew the housing market in the Pleasanton area was hot, but when Madeline gave us more information about the housing market, we were amazed at her experience in dealing with buyers in the market. We let her do her “magic.” She explained everything in detail. She answered all our questions in a very timely manner. She even talked to our RE agent in the San Diego area. We received numerous offers well over the asking price thanks to Madeline’s strategy. After the sale, Madeline directed a couple of buyers questions to our attention, and they were answered honestly and timely. Also, after our home sold is less than 48 hours, we had a neighbor ask about Madeline and what we thought of her. We told the neighbor she was excellent and everything she told us would happen, did! The next day, my neighbor informed me that they had contacted Madeline and had scheduled their first appointment for the next day! We HIGHLY recommend Madeline Walker!
