To think we almost did not give Ocala a chance! In under 3 hours, Madeline showed us 6 homes. That was more home for the buck than our monthlong shopping around in Mt. Dora had. There we only saw 3 homes. This quality home was worth making an offer on and closing on in time. Those were our most productive days in Florida since December 17,2021. The circumstances regarding the purchase of our home was unusual. We wanted to get information about a house in Ocala but we lived almost 500 miles away. Maddie went out of her way to answer any questions we had (we had many since not only did we live a long distance away, we had never even been to Ocala). She made multiple trips to the house and sent us multiple videos. She was very patient and gave us lots of information regarding not only the neighborhood, but Ocala in general.
