Found Madeleine spur of the moment on the Zillow app and from inquiry to selling, she was attentive and informative the whole way. As first time homebuyers, I can’t recommend her enough. Patience and thorough are rare attributes to have and she has it; respected the fact that the house we were looking for was truly going to be our family/new chapter home. Honest in home imperfections she saw, understood our tight and many necessities we’d want of our budget home, and only sent us listings that were potentials, wherein others would send listings of our price points. If a random question would occur in me or my wife’s head, she was a text away with quick responsiveness. Confident with her communication skills towards sellers and other realtors, but never came off cocky. And as she understood our budget, she would try to bring potential homes to a price that we could afford. Best part was my wife and I never had to say a word or prompt her to act, she had initiative. As nervous as I was during the buying process, she explained every step of the way remotely as Covid near its peak at the time. She made sure I was comfortable before proceeding with any paperwork and made sure before I signed, I understood what I was signing. Her team of recommendations were also very professional, easy to get a hold of given the circumstances, and we closed escrow way below the average time frame. Right off the bat, she knew I was one who likes control. Being out of my comfort zone and allowing me to trust others doesn’t come with ease but Madeleine made it very easy for me to do so. So far, my wife and I have been living in our home for 4 months and I can’t thank her enough for making, what I thought one of the most daunting life steps, that easy. Thanks Madeleine! I can assure you if every agent was like her, there would be no home buying horror stories.
