We are extremely pleased working with Maddi (Maddison Berrios) on the purchase of our new home. We had been looking in an area for 2 1/2 years, in a tuff market. When the right home came available, with with a 24 hour deadline to make an offer, Maddi strategized with us to make our best plan for and offer. Maddi was able to pull it all together and meet the deadline. Her plan worked, five hours later, we were under contract. This being a “new built” home we met several challenges. Maddi stayed on top of each challenge until they were resolved. Maddi kept us info at every step and was able to answer all questions in a timely manner.
