Macy exceeded my expectations in every way. She told me what I needed to do to the house to get the maximum price for the house. I did the repairs and enhancements as she directed and the house sold within a week above asking price. Macy was a great advocate for me and an excellent negotiator. My strongest advice would be to hire Macy and do the repairs/enhancements as she directs to assure top dollar for your house. Macy is an absolute professional in every respect. I cannot imagine a better Real Estate Professional in the Kansas City area.
