Mackenzie Sibbach

I chose Jeff Sibbach at eXp Realty based on his ratings and was not disappointed. Right from the start, Jeff and his daughter, Kenzie started showing my house and keeping me updated on how each showing went and the feedback from buyers. My house wasn’t the easiest to sell but once we got an offer Jeff did everything in his power to keep the offer on track and to get my home sold. I was very pleased working with Jeff and Kenzie and I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!

Because of the amount of furniture and art that we had we felt that we needed a relatively long term to get rid of everything that the buyer did not want. We also wanted to stay in Scottsdale until we would normally go back to our home in Illinois, Jeff and Mackenzie were able to get the buyer to agree to letting us stay for 4 months after closing - something that most buyers would object to.
