After our home in Cartersville sold quickly, we began the search for our retirement home near our children. A friend and realtor connected us with Mackenzie Scott and from the start we knew we were paired with an incredible person. She listened to our wishes and hopes and began researching potential homes. She was patient and understanding as we viewed many homes that were nice but didn’t quite feel like “our” home. She never grew impatient. Each day we were available to go see homes, she juggled her schedule and met us. When we finally came across the home that that clicked with us, she was outstanding in representing us. She was professional in presenting the offer and walking us through the due diligence period. She advocated for us in negotiating. She was an excellent communicator as she thoroughly led us through all the details before closing. She took our purchase as seriously as if it were her own and shared in our joy after we signed the papers. Mackenzie was incredible to work with. She took time to understand what kinds of properties my husband and I were interested in, and went out of her way to show us homes we wanted to look at. Not only was it my first time buying a house, but buying a house site unseen! Mackenzie, went and looked at the house several times for me, did an amazing video of the house,FaceTimed me, and even met all the inspectors at the house for me. She had great resources for us even when we were unsure of what we needed. She made the process so easy, and when I was doubting my decision, she showed me more houses. I can not recommend Mackenzie enough. She was quick to respond, easy to get ahold of and delight to work with.

Mackenzie Scott has been an excellent realtor through my whole home buying process. This was my first home buying experience and she made me extremely comfortable. She quickly answered any questions or concerns during any time. She was even able to find me a home before other buyers knew about it. That was a huge benefit to me because the houses were going off the market within 24 hours. She was able to stay up very late with me the same night I saw my home and the sellers accepted the offer THAT morning. It was not even on the market for 18 hours.
