Maci helped the reviewer sell this property

Maci Umbertis truly deserves a 5-Star rating

Maci is not a typical or average agent - she is outstanding in every aspect of her job: market knowledge, communication, professionalism and integrity. She sold our home in Atascadero in 2018 at a rate higher than other agents were willing to list, she helped us find just the right home to buy, again in Atascadero, in 2018, and she sold our home in June 2023 in 3 days with 9 competing offers all above ask. Staging through Acacia Creek - recommended by Maci - was a huge advantage and Maci's photographer was excellent! Thank you, Maci. We highly recommend you. Jim Vincolisi & Pat Bennett
