Try to find opportunity to praise our amazing agent Mabry:D We worked with Mabry (who is the sweetest, highest-spirited but also fierceful lady) from the Billy Houston Group. Throughout the process, Mabry has always been up-front, communicative, responsive and supportive. Her knowledge is most welcoming during the viewing process. In the end, during the closing, we had to deal with a quite unhelpful (even unprofessional I would say) seller's agent. It is with Mabry's help, we were able to hold our ground and ended up with a somewhat smooth transition. For all of that, we really appreciate your help and service Mabry.

Mabry was great. We were relocating from out of state so for many evenings she would show us around houses we found online via FaceTime so we could see did the photos did it justice. She never got impatient no matter how many House we dismissed. Once we came to Knoxville to for a couple days we toured non-stop till we found the one. Mabry also has great local connections and we were able to close in just over 20 days, no small feat with all the moving parts!
