I started house searching over a year ago and had no sense of direction on which route to take. I have been following Mabely’s work for for quite some time and decided to take a leap of faith and asked for her services in guiding me along the way. To say my experience was great is an understatement. Her professionalism, attitude, knowledge for the market and being a homeowner and mom were some of her greatest qualities. She constantly kept me informed of houses that were on the market, she always made time on my schedule to see them and there was never any pressure to hurry up and pick a house and trust me, we saw MANY. After seeing many houses, she knew what I was looking for and what I needed for my family. One of the greatest qualities she has though is her sense of seeing the little things that we often miss. She was always able to walk in a house and point out immediately what repairs would be needed short and long term. Her goal was not just to put you in any home but to give you a home that you could enjoy for many years with little stress. Once we found a home, she immediately started taking care of the important things. She stayed on top of the inspector, loan companies, title companies and of course ME. She stayed in constant communication. Her emails, text messages and phone calls assured me that we were on track for a smooth closing and I couldn’t have gotten to the biggest ACCOMPLISHMENT of my life without her. She is a wonderful realtor and special friend for life who I will forever be grateful for. I couldn’t have made a better decision. I went from living in an 1100 sq ft apartment to a 2400 sq ft home that I can call mine and paying less. My family and I are truly blessed and we owe it to her.
