She makes me money and as an investor, that makes me happy! I was lucky enough to have met Mabel several years ago at her real estate office. Since that first meeting I have continued to be impressed with her ability to find me investor properties and negotiate great prices for when I am on the buying side of the transaction. I have purchased many properties with Mabel. She is tops!

When the New Year rang in my wife and I decided this is the year to sell our house and move into a condo. After testing waters with a few agents, I searched the web and ran across EXIT Realty and there was this warm smiling face of Mabel Nunez. We are not at the stage of selling or buying but needed to locate an agent that would take time and walk us through the process. Mabel scheduled a tour of condo and the rest is history. She explained everything to us, from market analysis, home staging to closing. Mabel posted our home on the internet in May after taking some incredible photos and within three and half weeks, we had two offers on our home. Mabel helped my husband and I find our home in April and it was an awesome experience. She helped us narrow down what we were really looking for, and got us to look at houses (a lot of houses) that met our needs. I can honestly say we would have never looked at the house we bought. We ended up actually spending way less and closing early. Communication is constant with her and she's super positive which makes a huge difference when she's dealing with other realtors on your behalf. That's why we chose her to sell our old home.
