Rex made our home buying experience a pleasure

Rex has years of real estate experience under his belt and it shows. Every step of the home buying process he was navigating us through it and telling us what to expect so there were no surprises. He helped us negotiate with the seller to get a fair price on the home we wanted. Purchasing a home can be very stressful and Rex alleviated much of that stress. For example, as we were signing documents for the home the notary was surprised, but impressed, that our realtor was there. One of the documents had an error on it and because Rex was there he was able to call the title company and get the error fixed right there on the spot instead of delaying the signing and potentially disrupting the closing date.
