Rex is an awsome person. Rex got recommended to my brother first by a co worker of us who spoke very highly of him. Rex helped my brother sell his home and buy a new home. As out co worker before my brother too spoke highly of him. So decided to seek Rex to help and guide me to be able to purchase my first home. Right off the start Rex presents himself very professional and ready for task in hand. I was impressed by his knowledge of the homes. Such as how they were build. And also such work that had been done in the past and he figured all this my collecting clues and evidence left from work being done. Also gave me heads up on potential issues that could come up in a later time with the home. He also had knowledge of what it could take to fix those problems if those issues indeed came up. Rex was very patien also. I could tell Rex was just not trying to make a profit and go. Rex was really focused on selling me a home that was in working order and a place to call home. Rex made sure to do everything posible to find out and make sure they're were no issues with the home. His communication is excelent he consistently keeps in touch through email, text, or calls and makes sure you know whats is going on and what is next. Rex has years of real estate experience under his belt and it shows. Every step of the home buying process he was navigating us through it and telling us what to expect so there were no surprises. He helped us negotiate with the seller to get a fair price on the home we wanted. Purchasing a home can be very stressful and Rex alleviated much of that stress. For example, as we were signing documents for the home the notary was surprised, but impressed, that our realtor was there. One of the documents had an error on it and because Rex was there he was able to call the title company and get the error fixed right there on the spot instead of delaying the signing and potentially disrupting the closing date.
