When you love a home as much as we do 318 Freedom Trail Court, it was important to us to showcase our home to present at its best. Grant listened to what we hoped to accomplish with the sale of our home as family obligations and career opportunities were drivers in the decision to sell. We also needed to sell quickly as we had already bought another home, in fact two homes! Within one week Grant arranged for the home to be accurately measured which turned out to be more square footage. He scheduled a home inspection to be done in front end of the sale so that an inspection would NOT hold up our sale. The home inspection on front end gave us the opportunity to address any concerns that potential buyers may have. Additionally, Grant set up a professional photographer who made beautiful pictures of our home as well as a video of the home that truly showcased the gracious living the home had to offer. Lastly, Grant reviewed local county records to discover our home actually was four bedrooms instead of three which paid off when the appraisal was prepared as the home appraised for much more than we originally thought. When the home went on the market on Tuesday it went under contract by Saturday evening. Grant’s prep work and foresight is what sealed the deal. We are very thankful that Grant was an answer to our prayers as we felt blessed to find a realtor who listened and cared about what our needs were. Grant understood that our timeline was critical and being able to sell our home for what it was worth on the market could be a real game changer for our family.
