Very helpful and effective agent

We live out of state and inherited a house in Palm Coast that needed to be emptied out, polished up a bit, and sold. Gina went above and beyond to serve as our remote stand-in arranging for multiple handyman bids, cleaners, removing estate sale leftovers, mailing me some items I had forgotten to retrieve, etc. Of course, that's all on top of the primary function of a real estate agent, which is to do a good job selling your house. The listing went live online on a Friday, we had multiple people visiting over the weekend, and by Monday we had 3 different offers. She was effective in getting the prospective buyers to each maximize their offers, walking me through the pros and cons of each offer, and answering my questions as we subsequently went through the process of completing the sale. Based on my independent online research of comparable sold properties (as well as conversations with other agents that we interviewed but didn't select), I think our listing price was spot-on, and we ultimately sold for more than that.
