The cabin I bought was a cash deal with no running water, squirrels inhabiting the space, a broken outhouse and a 15 minute hike to get to the property. Needless to say, it was not the most lucrative deal in California from a commision perspective. Regardless, Lysette went well above and beyond, to the point where she came up with her dog, and husband in tow and helped me install light bulbs.
