Lysa’s ability to close the deal from the very first showing through the actual closing was perfection. Any questions or concerns we had, regarding the property, were addressed immediately and with satisfaction. Working with Lysa, throughout the entire process, was truly beyond a positive experience; so much so, that we opted to have her list our current home as well.
Very thankful Lysa was our listing agent. There are so many unknowns in this Real Estate field. We knew experience and reputation would be key to our success and it was! When we were uncertain and wide-eyed she brought the confidence and knowledge we needed to move forward. Always available for our questions. Thank you, Lysa
Lysa Lisa Gerry thoughtful, kind and really listens. She made selling our home as painless as possible. Lysa worked very well with the buyers agent and closing was a snap.
Lysa made this whole buying experience super easy for us. She is honest and will give you her expert advice. She will not steer you wrong. We will definitely use Lysa if and when we decide to move again.
Lysa is extremely knowledgeable. I have worked with her many times over the years, and she always goes above and beyond. She made my sale as painless as possible. She is very professional and always communicates clearly. Lysa is the best!
Lysa made everything easy for us. She took beautiful pictures, priced our home to sell and our home sold our home in 1 day! She works hard for her sellers. I will use Lysa again in the future. You cannot go wrong with her.
Lysa was absolutely great when she helped me navigate the real estate market and find the right home! She went out of her way to schedule evening and weekend property visits. She helped me evaluate each home according to my needs and wants so that I could make a the best decision for me. Her recommendations for neighborhoods, inspections, mortgages, and more were invaluable since I relocated from another state. Lysa made my home buying experience both fun and as stress free as possible! Thank you Lysa! I recommend you speak to Lysa if you are thinking about buying a new home!
More difficult sale than normal due to ongoing home renovations and code issues Lysa got us top-dollar for the city approved, final state of the home - lesser agents pushed for an as-is sale.
This is approx. the 20th real estate transaction we have had with Lysa...all have been expertly navigated with her expertise and knowledge of real estate.. In fact, all 3 of my children have purchased their homes with her also.. We are listing our South Lyon home this week...no question who we would want by our side. Not only our real estate professional, but our trusted friend.
Sorry that this is going to sound cliché, but Lysa is the best realtor that you are going to find anywhere. Super knowledgeable, available, prompt, friendly, and she gets the job done! She has been an invaluable asset in this process of getting my late mother’s condo sold. And she found just the right family to sell it to! I will hopefully have no other needs for a realtor in my life, but there’s only one number I’m going to keep in my phone in case I need one. That’s Lysa.
Lysa is a true professional. She sure knows her business. I'd recommend Lysa to anyone!
If you're looking for a hardworking Agent that brings her A GAME... LOOK NO FURTHER!!! She's been in this business for a long time and knows the ins and outs. I have been a return client of hers for many years and couldn't fathom going through this process without her!!! She has a drive in her that you want in a Realtor and makes everything she does seem so effortless ESPECIALLY when you're going through such a stressful time. She's prompt and gets back to with information the minute she receives it and strives to make sure the whole process is easy from the beginning to the end. "Hands down BEST Realtor around" Thank you
