Lysa is a very knowledgeable and professional agent. You cannot go wrong selecting her as your agent.
Lysa understands the housing products and housing market. It was a great experience from the beginning to the end of purchasing my house.
I’d highly recommend using Lysa for the purchase or selling of your house! This would be the 2nd time I worked with Lysa. One time to purchase and another time to sell. With her knowledge and experience it makes the whole process of buying and selling your home as stress free as it can be.
After my first sale with Lysa 21 years ago and how her expertise in advising me and answering all my many questions I did not hesitate to ask her to be my agent again this time. Both times my homes were sold with great professionalism and expertise of her knowledge of the market and the system right up to the closing process. I would highly recommend Lysa to others she did a great job and always got back to me in a timely manner. Thanks Lysa!
Thanks to her hard work, we were able to sell the house quickly and efficiently. She stayed in touch with us all the time and kept us informed every step of the way. We are very grateful to her for her efficient work.
I was moving from out of state. Lysa sent me lots of properties that I was interested in. When I found the right one, she was on it. Talking to the sellers agent and keeping me informed. There was a bidding war. Lysa used her experience and smarts to help me win.
Lysa hands down is one of the best realtors out there. She has tons of experience which is very apparent in the quality of work she does. I was dreading the process of selling... but her knowledge, passion, and expertise of everything from start to finish made selling my home a smooth and extremely fast process. I highly recommend her!!!
Lysa did a fantastic job, she really knows her stuff. She is very good at her job. This is the second time I have used her.
Lysa had, on more than one occasion, actually went to the city hall herself to assist us with filing required paperwork during our work hours. She answered her phone and always responded timely. She is compassionate to your situation in all aspects. I Highly recommend this agent. House sold in less than a week.
Lysa Kowalik contacted us when we listed our house for sale by owner. She showed our house to her clients, making all involved at ease. She expertly handled both party’s negotiations and helped us solve any problems that arose. She made the sale of our house a smooth process, and we would use her services again.
