First day when I met her she showed her professionalism right on the spot. Punctual, preaches yet very not push at all. She had many friends who was in that business and having that many support system means she is a great person and fun to be around. We did not spent a lot of time together but she was great. Understanding situation I was in very personal je yet not intrusive. She is has a creative perspectives and she explained to me how she would like to show this condo of mine. I am not really cleaning person than I did few things for her. She allowed me to do that and that is a skill. Very beautiful lady with great personality. I would recommend her for more business. Her work place co-workers to front office person all were very nice. Not cold office feeling but like just at home like. After all are selling homes not just house of someone. Each place they sold has a human stories in them. And I just wish next owner enjoy that family love. Love that enriches human soul in here. Many laughters, disagreement with agreements, many friends over, own family over. Open mind and love place you bought and care for it. Without care what all others did would not be matter at all. As Rome was built by many people it got rebuilt some parts then city kept ruins as it is some part to show how it fell. I would like to thank Lysa with Y. Why? She sold my place. That’s Why. So why not her? Easy going and letting go would be hard for me but it is process of life. All for the money? Who knows. I would not like to think that way at all. I spent so much time in the kitchen so as bedroom(just kidding). Get to show how to clean washer to new owner and his girl friend and told them it’s ness two people to be there. Cute couple. Girl was exactly how this place would need. Thoughtful and not loud. Guy was very nice. I felt great. All things were like friendship. All people who showed up to see to the end. I did not feel that I was loosing something at all. Felt great. Kindness.

My experience was a little different since I had been trying on and off for a long time to finish the home buying process with Covid messing it up several times due to shutdowns. Lysa was there waiting and advising through the entire situation, offering up guidance and places to see throughout the process. I was purchasing during a definite sellers market, as most of my friends in Real Estate can attest, with most places getting several offers in a short window. Lysa was able to access the type of place I was looking for, along with a comfortable window of acceptable range to purchase, and we were able to find a good price in a good location. I am currently about a month out of moving in with the sellers' contingency, so fingers crossed that it all finishes smoothly. I will definitely be referring Lysa to friends looking to find a home!
