I would give Lys and Diana 10 stars if I could. From my first meeting with them to the last day, they were great to work with. During my initial meeting, and before I even decided to use their services, they prepared a detailed packet of information explaining what they could do for me, a timeline of events, and exactly what I needed to do in order to sell my house. They were honest and realistic in their evaluation of my home, and didn’t oversell their services or make any promises about what I “could” get from the sale. Lys and Diana are very personable and made selling my home incredibly easy. They kept me informed each step of the way. I would definitely use their services again.

I'm completely impressed with Lys! The home selling process was made easy because of Lys and her attention to details. Lys always kept us up to date on what is happening and "what could" happen scenarios. She created a calendar timeline so we would know what to expect and she was even there at the signing! I am not kidding here - I WILL tell everyone I know who is planning on selling to contact Lys. Unbelievable professionalism and follow-thru on everything!
