But here is an example of what she did for me that blew me away. My wife, 6 month old daughter and I were looking for a house in Regent Square. We found our dream home after only looking for one day. This house was only on the market for 24 hours and it already had an offer at asking. We also offered asking but then found out that the other offer was cash and we were first time home buyers needing financing. At 8pm that day, Lynsey drove from her home in the South Hills to the sellers home in Edgewood with a picture of the three of us, and told them that they need to sell to us.
