LYNNIE WILLIAMS

Initially I had planned to rent my home but I let my agent, Lynnie( I purchased my new home with him) come out to see my old home and upon his suggestion of how I could get my asking price I made a decision to sell. He did his homework and provided me the comps for homes selling in my area which made it easy to come of with the selling price for my home. He assured me the house would move quickly and guess what it did! He made sure the buyer's agent and lender stayed within the time frames noted in the contract to assure I would be closing on the date stated.
