had a wonderful relationship with lynne and hubby rick. she was patient with me and constantly tried to comply with my wishes which mostly came down to get the house sold as quickly as possible. we worked together to make adjustments as needed. she clearly was knowledgeable generally and with the current market situation. working with her made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to handle. would recommend her to anyone.
