Lynne is the standard in professionalism, personality, and knowledge when assisting a first time buyer. She is also the best option (in my opinion) for all military members using the VA Loan process. I cannot give her enough praise for working on my families behalf and guiding us through the buying process from first meeting to final closing. She is truly a friend to all of her clients.

I purchased my first home and what I consider my "forever home" using my VA loan. My agent, Lynne Holt, is one of the best agents out there today. Her approach is caring but not hovering. She does not pressure you but yet selects homes that suit your style and personality. We went out 3 times and viewed 5 homes total. I began looking for a home the week of August 21st, 2017 and found the home that I fell in love with and placed an offer on my home August 30th. Although there was a few minor hiccups on the seller's part I am happy to say I closed on my home October 27th, 2017. The best part of that day other than walking away with the keys to my new home; it only took 30 minutes to close. Everyone is shocked when I tell them that part. God truly blessed me throughout the entire process. I was blessed with a great loan officer (Michael Pitts) and and for lack of a better word a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious agent (lol) in Lynne Holt. In all seriousness, Lynne is a true professional. She is kind, caring and loves what she does. I am truly thankful she was the agent that helped me find my forever home. Lynne was absolutely incredible. Not only was she amazingly knowledgeable in her craft and showed it at every possible turn.
