I have bought and sold a few houses, for living not profit, during my life. I have to say that this was the less stressful and most pleasant experiences I have had. Lynne was very professional and very caring. The house being sold was of my mother's estate. She and Lynne were also friends so I know it must have been hard on Lynne as well. Lynne worked tirelessly and through several potential buyers to see that the house sold and that it sold for as much as possible. Honestly when she quoted what she thought it would bring I thought she was being very generous. But she was right on the money. Lynne's ideas for staging the home, and working to dot all the I's and cross all the T's was a godsend at this time.
