When you buy five homes in four years, you know a thing or two about realtors. I have done numerous transactions in four states and Lynne is the absolute BEST I have ever worked with ever. She is super smart. She responds with instant haste. She knows the market like an expert as she has lived her for a while and knows her stuff. She had no qualms in telling us "No let's pass on this one. Let's keep going, we will find the right one." We were in the middle of buying a property and under contract for it and we found a better and cheaper property and Lynne didn't bat an eye, she instantly was like, "Let's go for it!" There were already two other offers on this creekside home and I know it was Lynne's smooth style that allowed us to win and get this dream home for us! Because Lynne was a former counselor, she also has an extreme ability for empathy and sympathy and was so supportive when our buying process got emotionally stressful. Which buying and selling homes ALWAYS does. She was a true expert in dealing with stressful human emotions. She was there to talk me through some of the most emotional decisions of my life. I always felt heard. I truly know she desires what is best for me and all her clients and when someone is in it with that type of commitment you feel so cared for during every stage. I am going to say it. Lynne is a bit light a saint. She has that kind of glow about her. And if you have the opportunity to work with her, it will be life changing and you will see she truly has an angelic quality about her as she wears the title of realtor.
