I can't speak highly enough about Lynne Dyer. The home buying process can be stressful enough under normal circumstances but we were moving from out of state with minimal knowledge of the area, schools, construction types, available communities, amenities within the communities, not to mention all the state specific items within the real estate transaction that are not the norm elsewhere. Lynne went out of her way to be available to us across multiple time zones (via phone, email and text) and worked with all of our needs to find us the perfect home for our new adventure. Her knowledge (and patience) was INVALUABLE to our happy ending.

Lynne was great to work with. She took the time to understand our needs and wants. She then educated us on the current market conditions and what she thought was needed to meet our needs for the sale of our house. With her help we had a solid offer on the first day the house went on the market.
