I have used Lynn's abilities to buy and sell several homes in the Sierra Vista area since 1996.
The most recent interaction was the sale of our home of 15 years. She is very thorough insuring required documents are completed and available when needed. The advertisement of the home was done promptly and included a very attractive array of pictures to showcase the many features of the home. She went over and above the call of duty to distribute information on the home as widely as possible as it is a unique property that needed a unique buyer. She intuitively knows the right approach. She's great!
