Lynn was so professional and personable. I was on the fence and was considering selling our home on our own. I called her, she was over in 20 minutes, explained the market and a few hours later has she sent us the most comprehensive market analysis, we were so impressed! We signed with her and she told us I will work my hardest on your behalf. We got a 15k over asking in 11 days! Our transaction was seemless and Lynn talked us thru our concerns.
