Lynn came recommended to me from a colleague who had nothing but great things to say about her. I was coming back from deployment, having just moved prior to deploying and living out of a hotel for a few months. I was also dealing with redeployment requirements, quarantine, etc as well as moving my other half from CA to GA all while trying to buy a house. A previous agent I had been working with for months prior to me coming back from overseas wound up not working out. After voicing my concerns to my colleague, he recommended Lynn and boy was I putting her to the test. We had about one month to close on a house or else we would be stuck renting an apartment. As soon as I was out of quarantine, she had about 5 properties lined up to look at. The second to last house, I think Lynn and I both fell in love with. Mind you, my other half was still in CA and I had her on FaceTime while Lynn and I house hunted. I remember telling her that we loved the house and we had to get it and to do anything to persuade the sellers to sell it to us. Lynn did such a great job at being honest in order to find a home for us versus just trying to sell us a house. The next day after seeing the house, the sellers accepted our offer. We went into contract on 11/15/2020 and we closed on 12/14/2020. She came through on her promise to find us a place and it’s a better house than we anticipated as being our first home. She’s very transparent, communicative, and determined. Lynn is truly such a great person and agent and we are happy she is part of our story!
