Living in and selling homes in your neighborhood for 30 years! Over the years I have consistently been among the top producing agents in this area in good and "not so good" markets. Referrals, repeat business, persistence, and a positive attitude have kept me going. WE ARE CURRENTLY IN A VERY GOOD MARKET!! As a buyer, it doesn't cost you anything to work with me as your realtor as long as the sellers are paying the commission, so why spend your Sundays hunting for open houses, or your free time searching for listings on sites such as this only to find out they are already sold when you can have me send you updated available listings, set up tours of homes, and do all that work for you? As a seller you will find I am always very competitive with commissions and very reasonable with contracts. I will answer my phone and all your questions. I will keep you informed and updated throughout the whole selling process. I will give you staging suggestions if you like, but will let you actually LIVE in your house with your personal belongings...sounds strange...but some do not.
